If you don't hire Portassa Care, we remain available for any questions that may arise.

After the Sale

Once the transaction is closed, we maintain contact with both the new owner and you. If in the future you need our services again (sale, rental, management), we will be happy to help you.

Additionally, if the new owner wishes to rent the property, they can benefit from both our intermediation and management services as well as our Portassa Welcome and Portassa Fidelity plans.

Although legislation changed a few years ago by shifting the cost of intermediation from the tenant to the owner (according to current legislation, LAU), at Portassa Properties we compensate for this change by offering:

  • Portassa Fidelity: Up to 30% discount on intermediation fees

For Sales

The standard commission is 5% of the sale price, charged to the buyer. This commission is negotiable depending on the specific conditions of the transaction, the value of the property, and other factors.
